The Eagle Program is a way to thank our employees for doing an excellent job and taking pride in their work. An Eagle experience can be best described as a positive situation or experience with any of our employees when they go above and beyond the call of duty.

This month, the following Eagles have been selected to showcase our outstanding employees.

Kaitlin Murphy
“It may seem like a small detail, but after returning to the gym for a couple weeks (after a year-long hiatus), Kaitlin knew my name after only a few short sessions. She’s always a pleasure and very engaging, taking the time to wish me (and other patrons) a great workout and follow up as we leave. It’s been a great encouragement to keep my coming back, and she is a great addition to an already wonderful staff. Thanks!” – Randall G.

James Hull
“Last Saturday afternoon I found myself with some time to kill. I was on the west side and decided to visit the Tioga facility, as I had never been there. I introduced myself to James Hull and asked to look around. Rather than just let me wander the facility, he showed me around. His pride in the facility and his professionalism were wonderful. He absolutely exemplified customer service. You would never have known it was very close to closing time. He took great care to ensure all my questions were answered, and that he had done everything possible to make me feel comfortable. He represents GHF very very positively.” – Todd B.

Christy Ellison
“There never seems to be an end to her friendliness and smile. For parents to simply drop off their children with a stranger is filled with, at the very least, a bit of anxiety. While GHFC has earned our trust, Christy is that consistent presence that has allowed GHFC to become trustworthy with our children. And beyond that, our children love her.” – Steve R.
