We have a brand new Gator Fat Attack Challenge starting soon. We have made some new additions to the program and are very excited about the next program!! All of our instructors for the next Fat Attack are Master Level. Each class is limited to 12 applicants, and spaces fill up quickly.
The classes start September 8th. Times are: Tioga 6am (Alison Heinz), Main Center 7am(Robin Terry), and Women's Center 6pm (Shelly Barbic). The first 4 weeks the class meets Monday through Friday, the next 4 weeks the class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for the final 2 weeks the participants work out on their own.
We have added a fun new twist to the challenge to go along with Football Season. The first 2 weeks of the program will just be normal workouts. The next 4 weeks there will be a football Touchdown Challenge. Participants will be paired up and will be able to earn "yards" towards scoring a Touchdown. Yards will be earned by additional healthy activities such as attending seminars, group exercise classes and many others. At the end of the 4 weeks, the team with the most touchdowns will win an additional prize.
The prizes for the overall winners of the program include:
1st - A cruise, 2 Free Personal Training sessions, and a goody bag
2nd - a Hotel stay, 2 Free Personal Training sessions, and a goody bag
3rd - a goody bag
*goody bags from the past have included things such as: Gym bags, towels, hats, water bottles, snack bars, etc.
Packets including applications can be picked up from each center's front desk within the next couple of days.
Thanks,
Alison Heinz
