Before working at GHF, what was the most interesting unusual job you've ever had? I’ve mostly worked in Retail which isn’t super unusual but I’ve had some interesting experiences. My first Black Friday the store I worked at was open for 24 hours so I worked two separate 8 hour shifts and the store made $140,000 in one day.
I’ve also helped open multiple store locations from the point where the construction ends to fully opening up for business (usually 5 days max).
I also one time had Usher standing outside of our store doors after we had closed and were having a work out class in the store. He was watching all the pretty ladies working out while waiting for his California Pizza Kitchen takeout order to be ready.
What advice would you give to new hires? Work hard and with integrity, but remember to have fun!
