How would you describe your coaching style?
Adaptive; My goal is to coach to the individual, not the masses. I love developing a relationship with participants and learning what they need to leave each class feeling both challenged and accomplished.
What is your best advice for someone trying your class for the first time?
Start by setting your own expectations for each class. You determine the goal, was it just showing up? (nailed it...), amping up intensity, heaving weights, form? Whatever the goal; Set it, Embrace the uncomfortable and achieve it, it's you against you don't lose...Everyone leaves a winner!
What is your favorite thing about being a coach?
Witnessing the mini wins during class. Whether its is a difficult move or a weight PR, witnessing an individual push themselves to a new level is magic! It's doesn't get any better.

Watching people who thought they couldn't do it, DO IT! I love helping people unlock the potential that they always had within them but they just never tapped into it!

TRY IT! Don't judge it before you try it! If you try it and do not like it okay, at least you tried. but don't pre-judge! Give it a try, you will be so glad you did!

How would you describe your coaching style?
I would describe my coaching style as “vision coaching.” I like to let my team know what to focus on during their session and what areas to push themselves in. While encouraging them to do their best and stepping in when correction is needed.
What is your advice for someone trying your class for the first time?
My advice is to remember that it is only 45 mins, so push yourself and challenge yourself because it will go by super fast. You’ll have time to rest afterwards and you’ll feel accomplished.
Why did you become an AMP'D 45 coach?
I became an Ampd 45 coach, because I believe in the type of program. I personally take the classes in addition to my own workout routine. I’ve seen a difference by including these classes into my routine.
