Boot Camp - Blast Fat Fast
Are you looking to get shredded for a special event, cross train for sports, or pass a physical fitness test? If so, BOOT CAMP is the program for you. Workouts are held at our outdoor training grounds and you will experience a high intensity mix of plyometrics, “old school” strength training, obstacle courses and more. Boot Camp will force your body to adapt and become stronger, faster, and leaner. Limited to 9 participants.
Minimum Fitness Requirements
All incoming Boot Campers must be able to complete the following:
20 Body Weight Squats
20 push ups (on knees ok)
20 sit ups
1/2 mile run/walk
hold a plank for 30 seconds
seated toe touch/shin touch
