
| Are you looking to get shredded for a special event, cross train for sports, or pass a physical fitness test? If so, BOOT CAMP is the program for you. Workouts are held at our outdoor training grounds and you will experience a high intensity mix of plyometrics, “old school” strength training, obstacle courses and more. Boot Camp will force your body to adapt and become stronger, faster, and leaner. Your progress will be quantified with a Personal Fitness Test (PFT) conducted at the beginning and end of your camp. Most participants see a significant improvement in just 4 weeks, but if you meet or exceed our benchmarks drawn from the US Navy SEAL BUDS requirements, you may even join the ranks of our elite Hard Corps unit! |
