Box N Shred - a 6 Week Program
Rip up your exercise routine with boxing technique training that boosts your strength and cardio fitness, metabolism, balance, agility, and power. The sessions will focus on Precision Striking and Mobility Techniques including throwing punches (jab, cross, hook, and upper cut), bobbing/ducking, slipping, rolling, and pivoting.
