New to Custom Fit?
No other fitness center offers this unique program. Custom Fit is all about you. Custom Fit consists of a variety of different classes to fit your particular lifestyle. Custom Fit is YOUR program. You choose the class or a mixture of classes. Each class has no more than 8 to 10 people to better serve you.
 
Dance Definition is a hybrid training program that utilizes the Ballet Barre, Pilates principals and exercises, and total body functional exercises to help you build a strong core, lean muscles, and improve posture, flexibility and balance. No prior dance experience is required!
 
Results: Cardio fitness, Toned body, Flexibility, Improved coordination
