Why Eagles?
"Eagle of the Moment" vs. "Employee of the Month" studies have shown that "Employee of the Month" programs do not create better employees or enhance overall employee morale. Most companies have dozens of employees, but there can be only one "Employee of the Month" and usually the same employees continually receive the recognition. This is because the supervisor/management team does the voting.The "Eagle of the Moment" program solves these problems.
- First, every employee that receives a vote from a member will be rewarded. This eliminates the notion that only one employee deserves recognition.
- Second, our members will do the voting – not our supervisors. This assures that all employees will have the opportunity to be noticed, allowing us to create a TEAM of better employees so your visit to our facilities will be a more positive and enlightening experience.
