Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I get started?
Q: How often should I exercise?
A: As a beginner, three times per week is sufficient in order to see benefits. During those visits strength training (takes approximately 30 minutes) and cardiovascular exercise (at least 20 minutes) should be adequate. Once you've been exercising at least six weeks, you can intensify your workouts. Strength training can be increased based on your level and cardiovascular exercise can be increased by time and/or intensity or you can add more days.
