The moment you start an exercise plan you are seeing some if not the full benefits of a structured fitness regimen. You will start to increase circulation and burn calories. As far as the overall results of increasing strength, reducing inches, losing fat, etc….it will take at least 4-6 weeks of regular exercise - followed by continuous improvements.
