| Pilates is an innovative mind-body exercise that develops abdominal strength, postural symmetry, muscle balance, and awareness of efficient, effective movement. Using the Pilates reformer, our trained and certified Pilates instructors assess and correct your posture, alignment, muscle control and movement patterns to help create a stronger, leaner body. Emphasis is on proper body position, core stabilization, breath and body move- ments that are unique to Pilates. Clients can expect to improve posture, and body aesthetics, develop core awareness, muscle strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and increased mental centering and focus. |
