What To Expect - Meet Debra
No one likes surprises on their first day. This is where an advisor, like Debra, comes in. In the video below, you'll get a sample of what your meeting will look like and some key locations inside our Main facility.
An Introduction To Our Front Desk And Check-In The Front Desk will be your first stop at any of our facilities. Here, you will meet your advisor on the first day. You'll also check in before every visit, and our staff can help you with any questions you may have.
An Introduction To Cardio Equipment
A comprehensive exercise plan will typically include cardio and weights. In the video below, we explain all the features you need to know about before hopping on a treadmill. Our facilites have the largest variety in equipment, so you don't have to stick to just the treadmill. Feel free to ask any employee in a blue shirt or your advisor to help you with new equipment.
An Introduction To Free Weights
Time to get strong! At GHF, you can choose from a variety of strength equipment and free weights. If you aren't sure where to start, the 9Line is a staffed circuit line of nine machines that will target all of your main muscle groups. Our 9Line employees are ready to help you, push you and educate you in each exercise!
