You will use your body weight and a variety of movement patterns that will build muscle, burn fat, help you move more freely, and change the shape of your body. Offered in a group setting by a certified personal trainer.

Initial movement assessment,
18 Express (30 minute) group sessions (3 per week),
Personalized flexibility homework program.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6 AM or 6 PM at our GHF Tioga location
