This class utilizes specific postures, breathing techniques and relaxation to develop muscular strength, flexibility and body awareness.

Hatha Yoga

This class is suitable for beginners and long-time practioners who want to slow down their practice and work on form.

Yoga Level 1

A perfect starting place for those new to yoga.

Yoga Plus

30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (Yoga Relaxation) followed by one hour of specific yoga postures.

Yoga Strength & Focus

This class is suitable for all levels of yoga participants. It incorporates traditional and advanced poses with a focus on holding the pose and quieting the mind through concentration on the breath, alignment and challenging your limits.

Vinyasa Yoga Level 1

Emphasis is on body awareness with the synchronization of breath & movement. 

Vinyasa Yoga Level 2

Emphasis is on body awareness with the synchronization of breath & movement. Each posture (asana) flows fluidly & dynamically into the next. Proficiency with basic yoga asanas required for this class.

Power Vinyasa Flow

A vigorous yoga practice that focuses on strength & flexibility. Power Vinyasa Flow promotes body awareness with the synchronization of breath & movement. Take yourself to your personal edge with this challenging class.

Body Flow

The Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music.
