What’s your favorite recipe?: Overnight Oats à la Johnny! Coach Johnny gave me this overnight oat recipe that is AMAZING and saves me a lot of time in the morning!
How did you get into CrossFit?: I was looking for a new workout that would really challenge me. The idea of having the program change daily and to join a great community of people- hooked instantly.
What are your Hobbies? CrossFit(duh!), weightlifting, movies, reading, and petting other peoples’ dogs.
What’s your Favorite Workout? It’s hard to choose. There always seems to be one element in every workout that is a struggle for me, so “favorite” might not be the correct word to use. I like “Fran” for the Thrusters, “Helen” for the kettlebell swings and “Annie” for the sit-ups
