How did you get into CrossFit?
I was asked to create a strength program for CrossFit in 2014. I soon started working with athletes a couple of times a week and the rest is history.

Football, Baseball, Freestyle Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai Boxing, Swimming, Rugby, Strongman, Scottish Highland Games, Archery

Woodworking, logging, archery, shooting/reloading, handwriting/calligraphy, restoration
