What was that 'lightbulb moment' where you realized X-Force Body wasn't just another weight loss program, but something you wanted to lead?

I saw the opportunity to connect with people one-on-one to help them achieve their dream body. I wanted to help people stretch their goal and reach the weight they never thought was possible!

You’re known for helping others hit their peak—but what’s a personal goal (fitness or otherwise) that you’re currently chasing?

I would like to put on some more muscle mass... but really, I just want to keep my good health.

We all have days where we just don't 'have it.' What’s your personal trick for flipping the switch and getting into a growth mindset when you're feeling stuck?

I start by figuring out the small steps that I need to take rather than getting overwhelmed by the big picture. Then I take away the option to quit.

If you suddenly gained an extra 5 hours back in your week, what’s the first thing you’d do with that time?

I'm currently in the process of learning how to cook and I've heard that practice makes perfect. So, I'd probably spend some time becoming a master chef!
