2. Unlock your membership

First Day As A Member
To elminate any gym imtimidation, here's what to expect once you get to the gym. First, walk in the front door and head to the front desk-once you get there, you've got it made. We will take care of the rest.
An Introduction To Our Front Desk And Check-In
The Front Desk will be your first stop at any of our gyms. Here, you will meet your fitness advisor on the first day. You'll also check in before every visit, and our staff can help you with any questions you may have.
An Introduction To Cardio Equipment
A comprehensive exercise plan will typically include cardio and weights. In the video below, we explain all the features you need to know about before hopping on a treadmill. Our facilites have the largest variety in equipment, so you don't have to stick to just the treadmill. Feel free to ask any employee in a blue shirt or your advisor to help you with new equipment.
An Introduction To Free Weights
Time to get strong! At GHF, you can choose from a variety of strength training equipment and free weights. If you aren't sure where to start, the Strength Training Circuit (we called "The Line") is a staffed circuit line of nine machines that will target all of your main muscle groups. Our blue shirt employees are ready to help you, educate you, and motivate you through each exercise! Your membership advisor will help you get set up on the Line.
