What do you do? Most of my time is spent helping people feel more comfortable with the idea of exercise, and how to incorporate it into their daily lives. Things I enjoy doing outside of the gym are snowboarding, hiking, and cooking.
What gets you out of bed each morning? Every morning I look forward to running or swimming and having a good breakfast.
What is your favorite part about your role? On a day to day basis, I get to make new connections with people who want to change their lifestyle. For many people, their worries can be tied to weight loss, work stress, or chronic health issues. Sometimes I find myself in heavy conversations, but the process of understanding and finding solutions is incredibly rewarding.
