HIGH-TOUCH TRAINING

Custom designed 55 minute exercise programs based on science and experience delivered in a high-touch, 1-on-1 setting. Your 1-on-1 Personal Training starts with a comprehensive Biomechanical Screen that helps your trainer identify strengths, imbalances and postural areas of need. Your GHF Trainer then blends those “needs” to design a program that is tailored to correct your identified imbalances and to attaining your desired fitness goals. Your trainer then guides you through each workout program. Science based, Results oriented!
During your 1-on-1 session you will start with “RAMP”, which stands for Range of Motion and Movement Prep, which will prepare your body for exercise and correct any movement pattern dysfunctions. Your GHF Trainer then focuses on strength training based on your goals. Your session concludes with stretching to start the recovery and regeneration process getting you ready for your next training session.
GHF Training 1-on-1 (Personal Training) is ideal for the client with specific goals or physical restrictions that demand the attention working 1-on-1 provides.

sessions are 25 minute, high-intensity, full-body metabolic training sessions design to get you optimal results efficiently.

, which prepares your body for exercise and corrects movement pattern dysfunctions. Plus, you will be given GHF Training recovery techniques to help you get the most out of your next session.

CELEBRATE YOUR RESULTS

Semi-private training is 55 minutes sessions aimed at optimal results. Semi-Private programs include a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to identify strengths and imbalances that allow your GHF Trainer to design a customized exercise program to reach your goals. Semi-Private training also incorporates a social support system to help drive more consistent results. Now you and up to 2 other people will share the investment of a personal trainer.
