Make The Most Of Your Body At GHF Tioga

Bodies are complex and don't operate in isolation - what happens in one part of your body affects other parts. Join Susan Angenendt, certified yoga therapist, and learn to integrate and align your body on and off the mat. This five-class series at GHF Tioga will focus on different body areas each week and will provide you with tools for strength, comfort and alignment in daily and athletic activities. 

Make friends with your body and encourage it to work with you as you explore its strength and fluidity. Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor. Registration includes handouts and some equipment.
