What is Tribe Team Training?
Team Training is a cost effective way for everyone to get the expertise, guidance and regular coaching from a Team Trainer. Team Training members will experience fun, belonging, support, reassurance and challenges all in a dynamic motivating environment.

History has shown us that by working-out together as a team we will gain far greater results than when we work-out on our own. At TRIBE Team Training™ we specialise in developing the best Team Training programs in the World. GHF offers 3 Team Training programs that are delivered by certified TRIBE Trainers in eight-week seasons with a week recovery before the next season begins. TRIBE Team Training™ develop seven new seasons that are released every year. All TRIBE Team Training™ programs are supported by the latest music along with trainer education and certification ensuring that members of the TRIBE community receive nothing but the best team training care and experience available.

Which Tribe Training programs are offered at GHF?

TribeFIT™ is a high intensity functional fitness workout designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger. 

50 minutes in length. High Intensity/Functional/Dynamic. Improves functional fitness and strength for all-over results as well as an athletic look and feel.

TribeCORE™ is the intelligent workout that brings toning, strength, stability and power to your core.

50 minutes in length. Moderate Intensity/Functional/Low Impact. Improves core toning, strength, stability power and flexibility for a slim waistline and athletic performance.

TribeLIFE™ is the low impact fitness workout that gets you ready to live life to the full.

TribePUNCH™ is a high intensity workout designed to give you agility, strength, fitness and fighting skills. 

50 minutes in length. Moderate Intensity/Functional/Low Impact. Improves total body strength, fitness and toning bringing renewed energy.
