Sports Performance

GHF Sports Performance is a personal training program focusing on key components of sports performance - reaction time, speed, agility, power, acceleration, deceleration and dynamic posture (athletic stance).

GHF performance coaches work with athletes across multiple sports disciplines. Our coaches take the young athlete through a comprehensive assessment and carefully design sports conditioning programs for the athlete that will increase speed, strengthen, and improve performance. We also place emphasis on GHF Pre-hab, which is designed to address and prevent common injuries related to your sport.

Our coaches have worked with clients at every stage of an athlete’s career from the novice to professional athlete. Our multinational list of clients have gone on to compete in the Olympics, the NFL, the Super Bowl, the PGA Tour, professional baseball, collegiate sports and regularly take part in national and international competitive events.
