Robin Zukowski   

Director of Pilates 

How did you get started in Pilates?
When I started taking Pilates classes, I had been a personal trainer for a while. I discovered that Pilates allowed me to help my clients take more responsibility of their own posture and imbalances. I love being able to help people get stronger in the Pilates studio so they can become more efficient and injury-free while participating in their favorite activities. 

What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part about my job is my clients. It's wonderful that Pilates can help clients with a lot of physical restrictions as well as elite-level athletes. The variety keeps me excited and seeing my clients perform better in life makes my heart happy. 

What is one thing on your bucket list?
See the Northern Lights. 


What motivates you?
My kids motivate me. I want them to know that they can do anything they set their minds to and that no matter how often we may fall down, we always get back up again.

How did you get started in Pilates?  
I got started in Pilates close to 7 years ago. I was working as a Realtor and always wanted to be a fitness instructor. When I turned 40 I decided to end my real estate career and pursue my dream. 

What is your favorite part about your job?
I am able to see people make life-changing strides in their physical lives, which always transfers into every other aspect of their lives. It is very motivating and rewarding.

What is one thing on your bucket list? 
Travel the world. 

What motivates you? 
Hearing from my clients how much Pilates has changed their lives. I hear it more often than I ever thought I would. Pilates can truly transform lives.

Meet Shelly

Shelly Ward

How did you get started in Pilates?
When I first tried Pilates my friend asked is I would go with her to try out a session and so as a good friend I agreed to go. Once the session started I thought I had a great fitness routine, but by the end I realized how much I was missing out!  In one single session I felt my whole body invigorated, fatigued, and yet challenged at the same time.  From that point on, I knew Pilates was for me.


What is your favorite part about your job?
​I love to see the versatility and growth that each of my clients experience.  I love the challenges that my clients give me and the enthusiasm they have for getting past their obstacles.  Pilates allows me to help my clients become stronger, move more, and to help them reach their full fitness potential by overcoming obstacles in order to engage in more life experiences such as travel and family trips.


What is one thing on your bucket list?
I would love to see the pyramids in Egypt.


What motivates you?
My clients help keep me motivated to create new ways and better practices to add challenge and control of one's own wellbeing.  My clients inspire me to do by best and be as healthy as I can because we only get one life.  I want to have as much spunk as they do when I get to that age and I have to chase my family around.

Meet Jeanne

How did you get started in Pilates?

While working with my 
personal trainer, I needed a way to work out that was beneficial without being totally exhausting. Pilates was the answer! 

What is your favorite part about your job?
Sharing Pilates with people, especially those who are new to it. 

What is one thing on your bucket list?
I want to do a National Park tour.

What motivates you?
I am motivated by being the best me that I can be every day.

Kris' long-time passion for fitness and running marathons shines through in her classes After years of endurance training, she became certified in Barre and Pilates where she focuses on helping others strengthen and tone their bodies while improving their flexibility.
