Kick your metabolism into high gear with a fusion of total body strength training and fat blasting cardio using Airdyne bikes, Concept II water rowers, TRX, pull up bars, Kinesis cable system, dumbbells, jump ropes and more. Presented in an interval format known as HIIT or high intensity interval training, you will alternate between cardio and strength segments for maximum performance.
