A complimentary five session program for new exercisers and those getting back into exercise to become integrated into the gym setting. Your fitness coach is ready to guide you through three individual coaching sessions, including a fitness assessment, a customized fitness plan based on your goals, and healthy eating tips. Sessions two and three will introduce you to the Strength Training Circuit Line, a series of machines organized from biggest to smallest muscle groups for the most efficient, effective strength workout. This area is staffed by our knowledgeable Floor Instructors who will help you on each machine. You may sign up for this program at enrollment.
