The employees who have the best Eagles for the month are invited to the dinner. The Eagle Dinners are a special opportunity for employees invited to both meet and talk with each other, the General Manager, our Eagle Champion, and Joe.
Every Eagle employee is recognized for exceptional performance as nominated by a GHF member. The Eagle nomination is read for the entire group to hear and celebrate their fellow employee.
