Hot Yoga Studio Guidelines:
Bring your own mat and full-length towel - both are required to attend class. Mats and towels are not provided.
Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing that allows for ease of movement. Shirts required for everyone.
Arrive before class begins. Once class has started, the studio doors will close (no entry) to maintain the flow and energy of the session. Class capacity is 30, first come, first served.
Remove shoes before entering the studio. There are cubbies inside the studio to store shoes.
Avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, or strong-smelling products.
Avoid hot yoga if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular/circulatory conditions, asthma, some skin conditions, and pre-existing conditions.
